Society often puts pressure on us to look and behave in certain ways.

Society often puts pressure on us to look and behave in certain ways.

Unfortunately, this can lead to issues with low self-esteem, altered body image, and even eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. Despite common misconceptions, these conditions can affect the lives of both men and women.

In our practice we have found that the most successful way to deal with these issues is through an integrated approach incorporating nutritional, behavioral, and medical therapies. More than just generic diet/exercise program, we strive to give patients tools to make long term improvements in their physical and mental health by better understanding how their thinking influences their behavior and how their behavior influences their thinking.

These are the core principles behind our program, The Mind, Body, Balance Clinic. With our dedicated team of Physicians, Physician Assistants, Dieticians, and Therapists, we help patients to achieve their fitness and health goals through diet, therapeutic strategies, and medication when indicated.
