Dr. Wiley is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, specializing in General Adult Psychiatry. He has been in practice for over 20 years and has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient and administrative psychiatry. He has written several articles for Current Psychiatry Magazine. Dr. Wiley has been acknowledged as one of South Carolina's Top Psychiatrists for 5 consecutive years and recognized in The Guide to America's Top Psychiatrists. He was Chief of Psychiatry at AnMed Medical Center from 2016-2018 and is on staff at Patrick B Harris State Psychiatric Hospital. He teaches students of Anderson University, University of South Carolina and Gardner Webb University who rotate through the practice.
Dr. Lockard was awarded her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois, and is licensed at the highest level for psychologists in the state of South Carolina.
A native of Puerto Rico, she is bilingual, possessing oral & written fluency in both Spanish and English.
As a forensic psychologist, Dr. Lockard has been designated as an expert witness by several courts. She has performed comprehensive forensic evaluations for municipal, state and federal courts.
Her areas of interest and expertise include: clinical, criminal forensic and neuropsychological assessment and treatment. She offers group, family and individual psychotherapy services.
Anacorita completed her Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of Phoenix and obtained her Post Masters Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Massachusetts-Boston. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. She has a passion for Mental Health Awareness and is a strong believer in breaking the stigma of Mental Health/ Addiction.
She was also a Covid-19 front liner who went to New York to provide aid when the pandemic first broke out.
Ancorita's goal is to work diligently on behalf of her patients, to make sire everyone is treated and respected as an individual.
Meagan Totman is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Anderson University. Meagan began working in AnMed Hospital emergency department, and found that she was passionate about mental health and advocating for those with mental health illness. Meagan continued her education receiving a Master's Degree in Nursing from Anderson University. Meagan is dedicated to breaking the stigma of mental health disorders with compassion and understanding
Christina Holliday is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Adult & Family Psychiatry. She has worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years as a Nurse, after graduating from Piedmont Tech. She then obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Western Governors University, and recently obtained her Master's Degree from Walden University in Mental Health. Christina is dedicated to helping patients with mental disorders lead their most productive lives.
Michael Norton is a Board-Certifed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. He has over 16 years of experience with inpatient psychiatric adult and geriatric treatment. He graduated from the Tri-County Nursing Program, and afterwards received his Bachelors and his Masters Degree from Anderson University. Michaels view of mental health care is the effectiveness of patient centered care and how it promotes the best outcomes from treatment for his patients. Michael also prescribes Suboxone for patients with Opiate Use Disorder.
Betty Ann Cook is our Practice Administrator. She has over 18 years experience as a Practice Administrator in the psychiatric field. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Nursing. Prior to becoming a practice administrator she worked as a case manager and as Director of a Day Rehabilitation Program for Stroke and Head Injury patients in Texas. She has written protocols and procedures for CARF accreditation for outpatient clinics and has helped with JCAHO accreditation in inpatient settings. As a strong patient advocate, she believes in greater public awareness in the field of mental illness and treatment of mental disorders. Integrity, ethics, professionalism, compassion and patience are constantly utilized as her personal standards of care.
John Epps is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 15 years of experience working with individuals, families and groups. John earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University and his Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. He has provided counseling and consultation to patients with a variety of issues, including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Substance Abuse, as well as with problems with stress and interpersonal relationships. Depending on each individual's unique needs, John will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and other therapeutic techniques. John has particular interest in working with the LGBTQ community.
Loretta Watts is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has experience working with individuals, families and groups for mental, emotional health and relationship issues. Loretta earned her undergraduate degree from Anderson University and her Master's of Professional Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg Virginia. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Loretta provides counseling to clients with a variety of mental health conditions and issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress management, communication, relationship problems, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, substance use and grief/loss. She utilizes various therapeutic techniques based on each client's needs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interview, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other modalities as needed.
Rene Frialde is a Medical Doctor (MD) who works part-time in our practice. He is certified to prescribe Suboxone and similar medications which are used to treat Opiate Dependence.
Grace Jones is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in providing family, individual and couples therapy for eating disorders, body image distress, anxiety/stress management and self-esteem issues. She is an Honors Graduate of Furman University with a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Converse College. Grace has extensive experience offering therapy in outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and inpatient levels of care.
She is a skills-based therapist who is committed to providing compassionate, holistic and change-oriented services. She believes that if you are motivated for change, the sky is the limit!
