ENSURING A HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON

This is the time of the year when most people are busy with holiday plans, traveling, and enjoying being with friends and family. However, for some individuals, this is also a time when they may experience increased depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms, especially in the elderly. As we become busy with holiday activities, it is also important that we take the time to check in on a friend or elderly person who might not be as fortunate as others and make sure that we all have a joyful holiday season.

Our practice offers a full array of psychiatric and psychological services ranging form counseling to evaluation for medication.  If you know of someone who may need our help, please call us today!
